Sports a great dining nook with a peek-aview of the ocean in between the front boardwalk homes. Can be rented alone or in conjunction with the front home, 2837 Ocean Front Walk. The unit has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living room. This unit also has a larger kitchen than you would expect in such a small unit, with an attached kitchen island. Shared washer/dryer downstairs (shared with the front home). 1 small parking space outside, which is suitable for a small car only. This one bedroom, one bath unit is an excellent choice for a couple . Just steps away from the ocean, enjoy this nicely furnished beach getaway (This unit has stairs to the front door, and this should be considered when renting.) This is a pet friendly unit and there is an additional cleaning charge if a pet is accepted in the unit.

Short nice drive to SAN and downtown San Diego. The apartment is clean, nice and cozy for two adults with two kids in a very quiet area. |

Unit Off Mission Beach A guest from Gallup, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2012 Overall, very nice, but a few things need improvement. TV attachment was very loose, so cable was falling out of the back of the TV. Thermostat failed the first day I was there, secondary to dying batteries, so heat didn't work first night (fixed next day). Light bulbs went out x 2 in the bathroom and for the bedside lamp. The wood floors were extremely dirty. No internet secondary to not supplied the password; when I asked for it, I was asked to contact another person for that information. No one at the property management company offerded to fix the problem. The rule, as I understand it, is for the first person receiving a call to fix the problem; that's just good customer service. |
