1 BR condominium right on the sea with oceanfront balcony. Freshwater pool and great snorkeling.
There's a new Mayan pyramid on Cozumel! (Bldg on Right)It's called the Miramar Condominiums and it's located 2 miles north of town.
There are only 12 units in all, which must make this the coziest pyramid ever. You will find the privacy of this low density setting enjoyable.
Beautiful in its own right, the sloping design allows guests to bask in the glowing sun on all the units' balconies and terraces and to salute that sun with a frosty Margarita when it sets. And every unit in the Miramar condos on Cozumel does have its own balcony or terrace.
There is wonderful snorkeling off the Miramar. You can see a huge variety of iridescent fish, colorful coral and large sponges.
The Miramar 301 is a 1 BR Cozumel Condo. The living room, dining room and kitchen all offer wonderful views of the sea. Here you will find the television with Cable TV, VCR, CD Player, local phone service.
The unit is 1 flight stairs up from the street side. It is 2 flights of stairs up from the shoreline side. There is no elevator in the building.
The master bedroom has a view of the ocean and a comfortable queen-sized bed, a magnificent panoramic sea view. It also has its own private bathroom with shower.
The open design living room, dining room and kitchen is spacious.
The kitchen is fully furnished and spacious, including a microwave and all the small appliances that one would need.

The sunsets were lovely, dolphins literally were swimming right in front of the pool. The cleaning woman was very friendly and did a fantastic job. It was an extremely quiet place to stay.The downside was that it was a 15 minute walk to basically get anywhere. Most of the time we had to take a cab which got expensive. Also, snorkeling was extremely difficult.Overall, it was a great experience and I would reccommend this place to others... but i would also recommend renting a car. |

Stayed for 8 days in June, 2010 This unit is very large for 3 bedroom. Common areas were very spacious and allowed everyone to spread out. Each bedroom/private bath is comfortable too.The kitchen is very well laid out and has enough utensils to do any kind of cooking you might do.The only grip ewe have is that the couch upholstery needs a good cleaning ( smelled a little of sweat/ dirty shoes).All in all, we would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a 3 bedroom space. |

Stayed for 14 days in February, 2010 This was our second year at Miramar but the first time in 301. The condo was great and the property was quiet as we had experienced in our previos stay. We had two issues during our stay-our rental car keys went missing mysteriously and then were "found" the next morning and returned to us; and the cable went out the second week of our stay-however, Fulvio was extremely helpful with both issues. With the exception of those issues our stay was great. We love that there are so few units in the building which allows for a relaxed vacation with great sunsets (when the weather allows). We will definitely be back in the future! |

The housekeeper was great. We did lose power and we contacted the manager and he had someone come and fix it within 10 minutes. It was amazing. This is a great place and Cozumel is fantastic |
