The Kolea condo we rented was fantastic for my wife, my two boys and me. The location is excellent, the property was not overly crowded, and the unit itself was luxurious and very clean. We would recommend this to our friends, and will look again to go in the future.

Thanks, we loved the condo, was surprised at all the wind in Kolea not sure if norm or not since it was our first visit to Hawaii! Condo great! My only complaint, and its a nit picky one, is that the sheets on the master bed need to go! The set on the bed when we got there were very pilled and rough...like I said nit picky! Highly recommend condo and complex. Grounds beautiful and maintained to perfection! Thanks again....

I have just returned from a month at 14H , Kolea. This was my second time staying in this condo and my 4th stay at Waikoloa. I plan to return again next January and will use this same unit again. Perfect location, very clean and spacious for 2 couples. Very highly recommended !!

having the coolers and lawn chairs in the unit was very nice. we generally went to the beach alot during our stay and we found them useful. it would be nice to have some detailed instructions for the audio visual equipment in the living room. the unit was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. the unit, grounds and pool facility is top notch. access to the beachs, and airport also very convienient. kolea is also quite central to the sites of interest on the kohala coast. we will be back!!

kolea met and exceeded our expectations. pool area great and kiddie pool perfect for little ones. great beach access. condo had all the amenitites but cheap about only providing two started rolls of t.p. nice closet of beach toys and ice chests, etc. well kept up. walking distance to anywhere in waikoloa area made it easy. sad to see how few visitors on the island and how many great spots have cut back hours or gone out of business. island gourmet great to have but very pricey.

Condo exactly as presented in the photos. Very nice! No problem to remove our shoes but cleaning staff could have had tile floor a bit cleaner. Rental Mgmt Company in Waikoloa Village very nice and helpful for info. We took advantage of the free glass bottom boat ride and water sports discount coupons. It was a wonderful time!

Have been to Waikoloa Beach Resort a number of times - this was the first time at Kolea. Beautiful upscale accomodations, comfortable furnishings and a great location -5 minute easy walk to a nice sandy beach (calm with lots of turtles), shops and restaurants. We loved the lanai that became part of the living area when all the doors were opened. Good ocean view - could stay here forever!

As a family we found the location difficult as far as family friendly restaurants was concerned. The Waikoloa area is way over priced for our family needs as we like to dine out every evening, many times with our young family members. The high end restaurants were excellent, the Fairmont and Manua Lani but there were not enough places for all of us to dine locally. This is the only reason we would choose not to return.

Everything was beautiful and convenient! Only complaint was the twin beds really do not do well as a king. That was a risk we took willingly and the second bedroom lacks drawer & closet space. 100 times better than a hotel and would stay here again!

Everything about our stay was perfect. We loved the number pad entry system-no need to check in/check out. Quiet location, low-key. Beautiful pool and nice indoor/outdoor gym.
We did lots of moving around the island and were always ready to come "home" to 14C.

This is the second time that I have stayed at Kolea and we will definitely be back. The first trip, we stayed in a 3 BR condo since we were with another couple however since it was just my wife, daughter and myself we opted to stay in a 2 BR. The condo was very clean and pleasant - plenty big for the 3 of us. Everything that you would need was in the condo and contributed to a great vacation.

I took my family, including 3 children ages 2,6, and 8, and we had an amazing vacation. The facility is beautiful and location is perfect. The pool gounds were excellent and you cannot beat the 2 minute walk onto the beach! The room itself was immaculate and just provided a fantastic home away from home. We can't wait to come back again!

This is a beautiful and very upscale development. This unit is very tastefully furnished, has a narrow but good view of the water. It is quiet and the grounds are well kept and safe. Perfect location for shopping, restaurants and golf.
