If you are looking for beachside, this is a good location. A guest from Rhinelander, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in March, 2012 Beachside, elavator, heated pool, exercise equipment. This unit met our needs for 2 people and a visitor. It needs to have hangers added - this is a 6 sleeper so 4 hanger for person seems appropriate. Needs microwavable containers with covers. Patio furniture was very dirty and moldy. The offer from the office to clean them was declined and we did ourselves. Sofa surface was very sandy, needs a good cleaning. Bedroom TV remote did not coordinate with the TV. |

Few things to fix Bob L. from Louisville, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in October, 2011 First of all I know that any rental will not compare to home. (1) I would have felt more secure if there was a inside lock on the front door, a chain or inside deadbolt. Being a rental unit anyone could have made a key and entered as we slept. (2) The sliding door to the balcony would not lock being on the fourth floor this was not a concern, I guess I like security. (3) There was two or three light bulbs missing in the condo. (4) They need to upgrade their tv, again I am used to HDTV. We could not get the FOX channel (baseball playoffs) but this was out of your control. |

We've used them many times in the past few years. The Condo Unit 403 at the Carribbean was in good condition, clean and adequately furnished. Everything was fine until the night before we left. The building got very noisy due to the infux of people coming in for the beach concert for that weekend (finally got to sleep around 4:00 am). |

Stayed for 6 days in August, 2009 We stayed in Caribbean room 403 from August 8-14. 3 other couples went with us and they stayed in 302, 401, and 502. 502 was very satisfied and we all liked their room. The other couples were in agreement with us on their rooms. In our room, we were mostly dissatisfied with the drain in the bathroom. 2 minutes into a shower we were standing in an inch of water and it was like that everyday. Also, the bedroom needs a new comforter. There is blood stained at the bottom right corner that was a little gross! Lastly, no one tended to the pool the entire time we were there and if they did you couldn't tell. My husband skimmed the pool twice. Overall, great trip but could have did without those minor flaws! Property Manager Response: The pool contractor cleans the pool between 3:00 A.M. and 5:00 A.M. which is why they are not "seen." We are sorry about the housekeeping issues. Thank you very much for vacationing with us and we will appreciate your comments and suggestions. |
