Railroad tie landscape stairs lead you to the beach trail, and once you've made your way to the beach you'll have opportunity to explore 7 miles of coastal shore! Such a beautiful walk to the sand where quiet beach strolls or playful family times awaits you. Ocean view living room, dining room and master suite. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room, fenced in patio and a kitchen nicely equipped include the original Imperial double oven and pull-out cook top. The master suite is located in the loft above the living room and offers ocean views, king size bed, single futon sleeper and a private bath with shower. The ocean view living room has a nice seating arrangement near the wood burning stove, a queen size sofa sleeper and a corner table with four chairs for games, morning coffee or small meals. Ocean view dining room has a large table with seating for 10. You’ll enjoy all the extra touches in this home such as radiant heated floors, gas BBQ, and ocean view hot tub. Three of the bedrooms, guest bath, laundry and patio are adjacent to the family room. Futon couch which folds to a double bed, TV with cable, VCR/DVD, Play Station 2 (bring your favorite PS2 games), puzzles, books, VCR/DVD, Play Station 2 (bring your favorite games with you) all make the family room easy to enjoy. Children’s room has a twin bed with an easy pullout twin trundle, games and toys. Large second and third bedrooms each have queen size beds. Guest bath has a double sink and tub/shower combination. Other than the loft, this home is all one level and easy to access. Extra twin size sleeping mattress is stored in the garage area and can be moved into the family room as needed.
