It is being fully upgraded in 2006 with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, new kitchen cabinets, 27#HDTV, etc. Just steps from your door the free village shuttle will bring you to the heart of the village or to the base of Whistler Mountain, or take the 5 minute scenic walk. This unit has a King sized Master bedroom, and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, gas fireplace, TV & VCR and balcony with a great view to the south and west. The complex offers two outdoor hot-tubs and a pool. Secure Underground Pay Parking: $15/day.

Stayed for 5 days in February, 2016 We made all of our reservations through Central reservations, and although they handled our airfare, transportation, accommodations, etc, they neglected to stress in writing or on the phone that we needed to make arrangements for late check in to the Aspens room 310. As a result, we showed up at 11:30pm with two children in tow, and waited in the lobby for 1.5 hours while they tried to get a room code for our room. We did not receive an email from Peak to green before our arrival with a room code, and therefore had to purchase an additional room for the night because no one could get us into our room. When we spoke to central reservations about this, they told us it was our fault, and they would not cover the cost of the additional night. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with all of the people I dealt with, as it seems in the name of hospitality, central reservations should have made this problem right by paying for the additional night. I will not recommend this property to anyone, and am actively letting people know -professional, personal, and family -of my experience with central reservations.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. Very strange comment.. The Rental Manager's actions had NOTHING to do with the guest's dealings with the travel agent. If they guest had even considered bringing the contact information for the rental manager, they would have been in the unit in 5 minutes. We left the access code with our after hours answering service and have a 24 hour a day contact system.
It was totally the fault of the guest for not listening to the travel agent's advice and for not at least bringing their confirmation and contact information. When the guest booked the unit, she told the travel agent that they would be arriving at 14:00 and not 23:30. (this conversation was recorded by the travel agent) The reservations clerk clearly tells the guest about the need to contact us in the event of a late check in and the guest clearly acknowledges this, which is why RRW refused to offer any compensation.
I can't imagine why they wouldn't have brought ANY contact information for the rental manager. They did not even have a unit number or phone number all of which was provided by the travel agent. if they had brought anything, the front desk at the Aspens could have easily tracked us down, or the guest could have called us and we would have given them immediate access...

Stayed for 6 days in December, 2015 Check in process was perfect. I was a little concerned about fitting my SUV with a rooftop box in the garage and alas, I was unable to fit. However, it was easy to unload in the circular drive with the provided carts.The condo was clean and had a nice view of Blackcomb Base. A couple of the blankets for the Sofa Bed were threadbare and dirty. A couple of the baseboards in the kitchen were loose but easily fixable. The shower curtain in the bathroom should be a little bit longer. Kitchen had everything you would need.It did get somewhat loud at night with the snow making machines and people sledding near the Wizard Express. It was especially loud on New Year's Eve until past midnight.The ski valet was overwhelmed our first day there with a 30 minute wait to retrieve skis. This was fixed after the first day.These are all relatively minor issues for the busiest week of the season. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

Stayed for 6 days in November, 2015 Aspens 310 was a little worn in spots , but overall, very nicely appointed, the best layout at the Aspens that was a quasi-corner unit, felt spacious and had nice views over the Upper Village to the mountains. The bedroom corner wall had a window plus sliding doors to the porch - great cross ventilation that kept the room cool at night.

Stayed for 5 days in January, 2015 We stay at the Aspens regularly for it's location and amenities for children. Suite 310 was a lovely suite that overlooks the Wizard. It is clean, updated, comfortable and the appliances are in good working order. The check-in at the Wildwood was the easiest we have had yet (walked in, signed the cc slip, provided with code and off we went - we were even able to check-in early). The suite is a little louder than expected with the snowcats and their beepers running in the early hours of the morning and the screaming sledders that preceded them. If you are a light sleeper I would go for a condo on the Spearhead side of the establishment. Having said that, we would stay here again.

Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 Myself and a co-worker stayed here for roughly a week during the summer and absolutely loved it. It has a fantastic view of the Blackcomb base, and is walking distance to everything you need in the summer (less than a beautiful five minute stroll to the Village), or ski-in ski-out in the winter, which is a huge bonus. The unit itself felt brand new, with a freshly renovated kitchen and spacious bedroom and living room, but the the deck was without question the biggest highlight, especially since it was much larger than we thought it would be. It did get a bit warm in the unit during the afternoons thanks to the scorching temperatures Whistler experienced this summer, but a quick trip to pool for a swim or a lounge session on the deck to take in the fresh mountain air more than made up for it.I would highly recommend this unit to anyone, especially if you're looking for the convenience that comes with ski-in ski-out accommodation.

Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 We very much enjoyed the view of the mountains across the valley, as well as the convenience of being able to walk across the hall to the stairwell and down to the garage where we kept our skis in our car, and back up to the first floor where it was maybe 30 yards to the slope right above the Wizard chair loading point. Not a bad walk to the village either. Aside from a few brief bouts of drunken revellers going by on the ski slope on Friday and Saturday nights, it was a very quiet unit. We were surprised at how much slight movements by one of us telegraphed over to the other on the split twin "King" bed - it was almost as bad as a single matress on bouncy springs. Otherwise the unit was quite nice, having been refreshed a bit at some point in recent years. It took a few minutes to figure out how to use the multi-remote control setup that controls the TV/Cable, but we weren't there to watch TV in any case! The owner might consider putting some simple instructions somewhere by the TV.

Stayed for 5 days in January, 2011 I was grateful for our stay at the Aspens with Peak to Green as we were able to extend our holiday through them following the debacle with BA at Heathrow on the 17th Dec where we were delayed by 6 days. Our condo had a great view, was clean and comfortable and the realtors helpful in giving us a late checkout on the last day.

Stayed for 4 days in April, 2009 A really great place to stay; a true home away from home. I loved the very generous supply of towels, soaps, dishwasher detergents etc. The apartment was clean and spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated. I was particularly fond of the balcony that overlooked the slopes. The location was great;- I just love ski-in ski-out. The Peak-to-Green staff, (Barry was my main contact) just made everything so easy, both before and during my stay. Thanks a million. I had a fabulous time.

Stayed for 5 days in December, 2008 This condo was the best of the bunch, rented five. Front desk cannot help you when you go through central reservations. Absurd! Need to find how I rent through a private owner and get a decent place at Whistler. People are not as friendly as they have been. It's all about TRAINING

Stayed for 17 days in January, 2008 A very convenient ski in/out and ski rental & storage service, evening hot tub under the stars, peaceful surroundings with a great view, flat TV & an upgraded system, high-speed internet access readily available, newly refurbished kitchen.... all great. The only problem - restaurants and grocery shops are a bit far, not so convenient if you have small kids and no car on the spot.
