Outside has new siding, new paint & new windows. It is a comfortable, recently re-decorated top floor bachelor view penthouse with two private balconies overlooking a large ponderosa forest. One large bedroom with two queen beds and a bath (tub/shower) with separate dressing area. Upstairs loft bedroom has a new king bed and its' own bath and dressing area. There is a hidden queen murphy bed in the nicely furnished living room/dinning area. There is a 1/2 bath off of the well-equipped kitchen that has a large refrigerator & a 4-burner stove. There is a cozy fireplace (presto logs only) in the living room area.. RELAX AND RENEW! Sleeps 8, 1080 square feet.

Nice size for 8 people Cindy H. from Portland, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 Penthouse accommodated all 8 of us very well. King bed in loft was very comfortable. Would have preferred to be more centrally located but couldn't find a unit big enough. This unit is on the top floor with lots of steps, making coming and going a workout! View of Mt. Bachelor from balcony. Watching meteor showers was a treat. |

Our unit was not clean....but, management got right on it and cleaned right away. Still needs a major dusting job. I would recommend to the owners to get rid of useless furniture and appliances...old tv cabinets, that don't have tv's...microwaves that don't work..etc etc. And I would replace the rock hard mattresses.....such a wonderful condo...but, terrible place to sleep. Oh, and maybe put those blinds back on the wasn't fun to wake up at 5am on vacation. This condo has so much possibility...just needs alittle TLC! |

Don't Stay Here until the condo is updated and cleaned! Arlene W. from Olympia, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2010 We rented a few times through this company and have been pleased. However, this place was the worst! Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 older teenagers) stayed the week between Xmas and New Years 2010-11. We choose the condo because of the number of beds it afforded. It couldn't have been a worse choice! The accommodations were in terrible shape. Very, very dirty with a leaking roof and a light that threw off sparks when touched. The linens and pillows were scratchy and old, probably from Good Will and the upstairs loft bed was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave a day early because we hardly slept the entire week. I can deal with places that have not been updated but not with a place that is just plain dirty. Cobwebs in the corners, lamps that you could write your name in the dust, etc. This place needs a complete overhaul. I would not recommend it until updated and cleaned. I do, however, heartily commend the property manager Susan Scott for her gallant efforts in trying to make our family comfortable. |

Bad placeto stay if you are in bend for a wedding. Guillermo M. from Seattle, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2009 They supply speakers for you to hook up your iPod but ours didn't even work. Our situation was that we were 3 guys going to bend for a wedding. When we got there, we liked the place it was nice inside and everything we could of wanted was there. Unfortunatly we we went back to our room with some 3 other friends and were listening to some music from a stereo our friends brought over. About 15 minutes later we heard a knock on the door and it was the police. They threatened us to turn down the music and if we didn't we would be kicked out. It was a bad way to end our friends wedding day. We were all really dissatisfied with the place. We specifically told the person that gave us the room that we were going to be a little bit loud because we were there to celebrate something and still they put us in a place where we got the cops called on us within 15 minutes of being in our place. It just ruined a lot of things we had planned. Bad place to stay if you are celebrating birthdays, annyversaries or just want to have a good time. |

Getting a bit run down. Mark M. from Seattle, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2008 We have stayed at the Inn at the 7th mountain for five straight Christmas's. When we checked in this time, it was apparent our usual unit is not being kept up. Wall covers missing from outlets, chips and dead flies, cheap bedding, broken lamps, showers that didn't work, etc. We also were locked out of our unit for a fews hours due to a malfunctioning door knob. Susan Scott, our property manager was very helpful, addressing most of these issues, but still I am a bit leery of coming back. Also the hot tubs and pools broke down losing heat, so that was a drag. Resturant was great and so was Happy Hour and Ice skating. Location can not be beat. |

The Management Rental Staff was very helpful in determining what home worked for us. My only concern with our home was the railing in the loft was spaced very wide and it was not safe for our grand-daughter. I would recommend changing that. And, Oh boy, are the beds hard. I might have to bring a foam pad next time!! Overall, we had a great stay!. |
