Spring break 2012 Gulf Shores A guest from Heber Springs, AR. recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 The unit was not clean. There was mold in master bathroom on the window blinds as well in guest bath on shower curtain and in tub, which did not drain well. It had not been vaccumed underneath the couch or coffee table and the burners on the cookstove were corruded and doors on the washer/dryer closet were off track. It seems to me that $110.00 cleaning fee should guarantee that the unit was in better condition as far as cleaning. I had stayed last year in unit 704 and did not have these problems. I realize that cleaning is probably contracted out but someone needs to check behind to be sure unit is in tiptop shape. I am sure the owners would be appalled. |

Stayed for 5 days in July, 2011 i think the realty office should be easier to find.(more visible) the parking should be for guests only! the condo's should be ready for rent with no issues.(doors falling off,enough stuff for washing dishes,etc.) more carts. bigger/better showers. not a bad stay. love the area, and have stayed in a few different places Property Manager Response: Response from Bender Realty, Inc. The condo is nice and comfortable for two couples, but our 13 month little girl always wanted more room to roam. If we had to spend more time inside, it would have been really rough. The outside pool area is not real spacious or inviting, but we had great weather so we were down on the beach anyway. All in all, we enjoyed our time but will be trying a different complex next year. |
