Great location, but unit could use upgrading

We were very pleased with the location and the layout of this unit. But while we were told that it was an older unit, it doesn't appear that the carpet has EVER been replaced and things are stained and dingy, which made the place feel a little dirty even though I'm sure it was clean. It would be a great unit to rent if you're going with bunch of kids.

This units location within the complex is the best and great for 6 adults. The carpet is just nasty dirty and there were many necessities not available. Can opener was taped together and did not work, no dish cloths or towels. I would stay again because of location and bring a bunch of neccesities from home.

I have stayed at the Resort many times. This unit, while large, was very dated and in need of remodel. They are doing entire units at the resort and hopefully will get to this unit soon.

The kids always look forward to riding them. The white raft trip for kids was a blast. Our unit was very dirty and needs updating badly. It is also very outdated including furniture, bedding, bathrooms, etc. It needs a deep cleaning. Also, the DVD player did not work at all which was disappointing. We will be back, but this unit seriously needs help.

We were not able to stay warm in the unit. the kitchen drawers as well as other areas were not clean. the telephone in the living room was non functional as well as the remote to the bedroom television. the info notebook had not been updated re. phone calls. for the price we paid to stay in this unit I feel we were grossly overcharged.

We've used Central Oregon Accomadations for years. The last 2 years we rented units 1013, 1014 & 1015. Both years they were in terrible shape. 2 toilets run constantly just like they did 1 year ago. Tubs are stained all over the bottom. This year there were 6 missing light bulbs. Last year 7 were missing. Windows were so grimy it affected the view. There were bugs all over the inside. Kitchen drawers were full of bits of food. All the creavises on the counter were filled with food. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold, just stayed cool. The main bedroom A/C didn't work but no one came to fix it when we called. When we called the light bulbs were brought the next day. No one came to fix the fridge. Will no longer rent this unit.
