We were in Gulf Shores to celebrate the wedding of some friends. Edgewater West 95 was a good choice for three couples' lodging for the weekend. The condo was very spacious, provided privacy with three bathrooms, and an added treat of a sunporch with a pull-down shade. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. The new television was an added benefit for the guys who watched games while the women shopped. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We could have not asked for more out of the owners or Bender Realty. Both made our stay very pleasant. We will return again to Edgewater West 95.

We were very pleased with the condo, its location provided easy access to resturants & attractions. The only concern was that there were not any screens on the windows causing a saftey concern especially with younger children, otherwise we had a very good time

THE CONDO WAS GREAT..LOTS OF ROOM FOR 8 PEOPLE.THE BEACH WAS A BIG HOLE FULL OF SEAWEED,THE SMELL WAS SO BAD IT MADE YOU ONE CAME TO REMOVE IT OR PUT SAND IN THE HOLE.WE HAD TO GO DOWN THE BEACH TO SET UP TO SUN.GOOD CONDO BAD BEACH....!

We prefer low density complexes and this one was great! We usually stay on East Beach, but because we waited until the last minute to book our vacation, we didn't have a lot of choices. But we were very pleased with Edgewater on West Beach. We usually stay on a lower floor, but the only condo available was on the 9th floor. But the elevator was fast and we never had to wait long. I highly recommended unit 95 if you need a 3 bedroom. The layout was great!

We love Gulf Shores and we particularily love Edgewater West. The condo is getting old and could use a bit of a make over. The fire alarm went off 3 times while were there and it was disclosed that the alarm was faulty. I was a bit aggravated that some of our family will go somewhere else next year!!! I was aggravatged also and did call the Realtor to voice my complaint. After that we had no more alarms go off. We bring our own barbecue pit and it would be so nice to have a permanent pit located at Edgewater West. Can that happen???? I will return to Edgewater West and I love Bender Realtors!!!

This is an excellent location. The condo is perfect for a family. The condo was clean and well appointed. The staff of the property mangemnt company is very friendly and professional. The view is absolutely amazing.

Functional but not elegant. Lamp shade held on with tape let go the 1st day, kitchen light worked ? sometimes, water damage on the ceilings, faucets dripped. Minor things, but for $1400 per week we?ve had nicer units. My biggest complaint was the unreliable internet. We had 8 people and really utilized the enclosed porch. Nice layout. Pool was clean and the ocean view was fantastic.

Our problems was with the internet..we were without it for 5 weeks. The owners on floors 4 and 6 had it ok but not on 9th. I had talked to Century Link,backup computor, to no avail..Very disappointed in this service..Two owners felt we should have some consessions for this as I carried computor and printor to library daily to conduct business back home. I kept calling backup computor...and the last two weeks never received a call back. Hope they get it fixed before we arrive on Jan 1, 2013 for our winter retreat.

Over all the condo was great. Very spacious & clean. Very close to the beach, great view. Would rent again. I didn't care much for the enclosed balcony. My husband loved it. I would like to just sit out,hear the ocean & feel the wind. I did appreciate the owner coming to lower the widow guards when the rain from tropical storm Lee was blowing in on the balcony. Several other guest had to mop water up all week end. We had to wash towels everyday because only 8 were provided, I suggest you bring your own towel.

kitchen cabinets were dirty and greasy, no scour pads, one dishwasher tablet, 1 papertowel, fridge did not work well everything froze, there were 3 boys and two adults, not enough toilet paper, toilet in twin bed room wasnt working properly, beds very uncomfortable, one garbage bag? small at that - view and beach and pool was nice

Property location good. Condo needed some minor updates and minor cleaning. Expected a little nicer for the price paid. Didn't care for the enclosed balcony; railing too low for kids. Would have been nice to know where to find the cart for unloading upon arrival.

Elevator is somewhat of an issue- only one of them for whole bld- so when staying on 9 you end up waiting a long time. AC seemed to be struggling- unable to cool unit when cooking in condo. Never able to cool during heat of day. Would rather stay on lower floor so can take stairs if elevator slow. TV in den small and only one bedroom with very small TV. King size bed not in master bedroom??!!!Otherwise pretty comfortable.

We stayed here last year also and really like the condo and location. The only complaint we had was that the elevator was not working on the Saturday we arrived and was not fixed until around 3 p.m. on Monday. This was a BIG headache since we were on the 9th floor.

The floor was very dirty. The first day we walked around without shoes on everyone ended up with BLACK feet. I just hope that everything else was clean. We wore shoes the rest of the time.
