Some updating is needed in terms of kitchen and bathrooms, although the property is very reasonably priced for the size and location. You get what you pay for.

The only negative thing I can say about our stay is that the bed in the master bedroom was too hard to get a good night's sleep. If the owner or the management company would they should go to Costco and by one of the super foam mattress pads and install that on the bed to make it useable. Other than that I would stay there again. The location is great very quiet neighborhood, close to the Princeville hotel, close to the beach, and right on the golf course and the signature hole for the Makai.

PS: We did have one other issue when we were there and we called the management company and they were happy to respond to the request and took care of the problem straight away.
