The home was very unique and charming. We loved our stay and would love to go back. The deers came by and spent time in the yard. They are adorable. The beach was close by as well. We would stay longer next time.

This is a totally astonishing place for a vacation - location, wildlife, ocean view, appointments, organization, convenience, comfort, light, views. Can't say enough good about this place. Would love to come more often, even live there. Has a hot tub, you can see stars from the skylights. What more could one want?

I liked the house, but the booking schedule prevented my receiving the 5 nights for the price of 4 deal. Secondarily my request that the additional night be added to my next booking was refused. This seems like little regard for a renter who has spent almost $50,000.00 renting Irish beach houses. Are others shown such little regard?

We stayed in July 09 for a weekend. The house is one of the most beautifully designed that we've had the pleasure of renting. Wildlife outside the deck each morning, a wonderful fireplace, a great garden with hot tub... had an excellent time to be sure.

Overall the house and stay were fabulous!! Loved the house and was truly able to get away from it all! The deer came by, watched quail parents with their babies. A wonderful place to escape. A problem my kids encountered, but didn't matter to me was two of the TV's were having problems with the dish. There were also ants. Both issues, very easy to rectify!!!

Beautiful Property...Stay if You Don't Mind a Few Ants

The property is gorgeous. We saw the insde of several others, and it was by far the most gorgeous property. The bed in the master was like floating on a cloud. Many wonderful things about the property. However, it has ants. There are ant traps in the house, but there are still ants. Some here and there, not a huge amount. But enough here and there, to crawl on your foot, on the table, in the loft. Even saw one in the bed. Didn't get bitten, but the ants did detract from our experience. My reading the guest book, we are not the only ones this has happened to. I think they need an exterminator. Again, a truly beautiful home, many wonderful things about it...and unfortunately some ants.

Over the years I have stayed in several of the houses at Irish Beach. It is a great place to just get away and relax. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Cypress house is well designed and in reading the 'house diary' the owners have taken the suggestions of guests and have made the house even nicer.

Many days there were deer in the yard and one morning a bobcat. The architecture and layout of the house were wonderful. I especially loved the open, walk-in shower in the master bath. Would definitely stay there again.

Its a very beautiful house. We had deer come right up to us as we sat on the back porch. The hot tub was easy to use and the house is nicely furnished and in very good shape. The beach is lovely,if a bit windy while we were there.

I surprised my fiance with a weekend away at the Cypress house. I had been to Irish Beach many times with my family over the years but we had never stayed in this house. It was more than I had hoped for. The house was full of daylight with all the skylights, and had many options for lighting at night. The view was great from the master bedroom, and we both enjoyed sitting by the fire. I will definetly come back to this house again.

If this house ever went up for sale then I would be extremely interested in it! I also would like to say how helpful Kim in the office was when I had to keep e-mailing her for information about various items that I was inquiring about. She was always very pleasant to chat with and I liked how she was very prompt to reply.
