Stayed for 3 days in July, 2016 When we arrived late Friday night there was dead cockroaches all over the condo, a bill on the counter from the air conditioner company and the air conditioner was still not working correctly. This was the first time we have stayed in a condo that was in such poor condition. No one came to check on that condo before we arrived. I will request from now on not to stay in condo 1212 again.

Air wasn't working when we checked in and that was taken care of immediately. Older condo, no upgrades but bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool! Bit of a hassle getting over to the island.

Stayed for 7 days in December, 2014 We stayed here not for vacation but for a family emergency, so the marina villa location was key for us and very convenient. Out unit was very clean and comfortable and guest services were friendly and responsive.There were a few issues, though. The most frustrating was that wifi was very slow and in fact didn't work in the bedroom. We called about this but nothing could be done - we were advised to call the marina and try to use their wifi but we couldn't get their signal. I really hope that this will be improved in the future as many of us need to stay "connected." Other small issues included the bathtub drain being very slow (I called about this the first morning). They sent someone to fix this while we were out - the drain area of the tub was scratched up when we returned and the drain only minimally improved. Later the bathroom sink started to get slow. In the bedroom some of the dresser drawers were broken. The runner on the floor in the hallway was curled up at the edges and although we did not trip on it I think it should be replaced for safety's sake.

Our washing machine broke and the management immediately sent someone up to pick up our laundry, wash and return it to us the next day. We were very impressed with the customer service. There is not a lot to do in this area but if you're looking for quiet relaxation, this is your place. We really enjoyed eating at Levenrocks and Rum Bay (on the island). The pool and hot tub area was also very nice. Levenrocks has early bird specials from 3:30 - 5:30 so get their early. Very satisfied with our vacation experience.

Stayed for 7 days in May, 2014 Since our villa was on the mainland and not the island, there was a huge disconnect from the so-called resort activities. Staff was not overly friendly, villa was dated, bed was a disgrace, light fixtures were falling off walls. There was mass confusion with use of water taxi, staff gave conflicting information on taxi and beach access. We did not have a pleasant experience.

It's not located in the island but I think this is an advantage because you can use for free the taxi boat that will transport you to the island, so you have a a little boat trip 8 min and a good vacation at all!

Stayed for 2 days in April, 2011 The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, there were 3 plug-in air stinkums activated causing the rooms to be filled with a very nauseating and heavy fragrance.The bedroom carpet was so filthy I wore slippers rather than step on it.The furnishings and appliances were adequate.$140 plus per night for this 1BR unit in this condition was excessive.

Stayed for 1 days in December, 2010 the office staff reassigned us to a different building than the one we had contracted for, even though our reservation was made probably before any of the other condo reservations (except Lulls). Our reservation had been made and paid for one full year in advance on 12-03-09, yet they bumped us to another building and put later reservation couples in the building we had reserved.in the reassigned bldg, we were in unit 1212, which was filthy dirty, with tired & old mix-match furnishings, no continuity of decor at all, moldy pillowcases, cockroaches, no working ice maker, seashells laying around literally everywhere which we had to move to have usable space. disgusting unit.once the general manager, rick burnette, was alerted to our problem, he switched us back to bldg 1 into a vacated unit, 1113, which was great.my ratings above are for the first unit that office staff reassigned us to, 1212.
