Whenever we want to get away to some quiet peace and relazation, we come here. the views are outstanding, but my favorite part is the master bedroom. There's nothing I like better than watching the sunset with a glass of champagne from the hot tub, then getting into bed and reading with a cozy fire going, while listening to the sound of the ocean below. this house is magical and super cozy and comfortable. |

We couldn't ask for a better view, beach access was easy, and the house was clean and stocked with all the necessities, including a well-stocked kitchen, which we really appreciated. One small quibble: There were ants coming up from the garbage disposal and getting on to kitchen counters. Not a big enough problem to call about, but just wanted you to be aware so you could get rid of them for future guests. Otherwise, house was lovely, hot tub was great, and our group (there for a wedding) had a great time! The place was very clean, with one exception - the hot tub. Four of the six who stayed there came down with a nasty rash which doctors determined was due to bacteria in the hot tub. We advised the office of this problem and hopefully the tub has been properly sanitized. |

There was nothing lacking in amenities, and overall, we simply loved coming back to the house and relaxing. The only complaint, if one wiashes to call it that, was the rubber sheet covering the matress (made us perspire during the night). Met many new bunny and deer friends, enjoyed walks on the beach, and discovered the village of Pt. Arena and its lovely environment. Yes, we shall return. Thank you Irish Beach rentals. |

Without a man around, it's hard to lift the spa cover where it located. Kitchen chairs are uncomfortable with old pads. The frig door doesn't close easily; will fall off? Maybe a new one is in order. Bathroom fixtures should be updated. There is no pantry or cupboard for dry goods when brought to the house which leaves little room for food preparation if you've rented for a week's visit. Soap dishes in the bathrooms would be helpful for keeping "irish beach" soaps where they belong after opening. Better directions for the tv/video/stereo are needed. It's a comfortable, beautiful home away from home...with these minor improvements and re the cost, would make it more updated for it's age. Thank you...we enjoyed our stay very much. |

The sockets were partially out in the kitchen and the wall heater in the living area did not work. For the amount we paid for the home, we felt this was unacceptable. The layout of the house is very comfortable, and the views are fantastic. The furnishings are nice & homey, perfectly suited to the location. There's this huge picture window with a recliner that's great to sit in and read or stare off into the ocean below. Outside the living room is a bbq and hot tub, which is also accesible through the master room. The masterbedroom also has a fireplace, which is always stocked with logs. It's the prefect place for doing nothing. |
