Overall, a beautiful property. But to nitpick, we paid a premium price for the time we were there. The prices on this location, like many in Hawaii, have dropped considerably since we booked. For an 8 night stay, only 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided. We incurred a $10 cost to buy more at the Foodland. this was irritating. Furthermore, there were only 3 usable dinner plates at the location. I found this to be just as absurd. While these are small issues, I can only hope you fix them as they were the only things wrong with a beautiful property. We also left bug spray and mosquito repellant for the next guests to enjoy as they will need it. (I suggest restocking this as well when it runs out) Thank you and Mahalo! The condo had a nice updated kitchen and bathroom. The new bed was very comfortable. However, the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable and the rocker very rickety we learned how not to sit in it so that it didn't tip over. It would be my recommendation to the owner to update the furniture and the carpet (dirty). I would love to come back again and stay at the same complex but would not want to stay in the same unit unless there was newer furnishings.

The locations was absolutely incredible. We could not have been happier with the location and the place was very nicely updated it appears. It was nice, clean and we can't say enough about how we enjoyed the view.The ERA people were very nice, even when we locked our key in the condo. Thank you for your help.We will come back to the same place next time.

Liked PPK #118 very much. Great upgrades. Good mattress. Best view. Living room furniture was not very comfortable and the kitchen was lacking some basic utinsils such as a grater, but that's only a minor complaint. Loved reading the guest book going back to when the condo was purchaced. Overall the place was homey and with that view I would definately stay there again.

The view from the condo was much better than what was shown on the website. Snorkeling is just a few feet away. Private beach with BBQ is down the steep path adjacent to this condo. Amazing sunsets! We hope to return soon.

The location could NOT be better. We were very pleased with the view, the amenities, and the condition. One major issue: the cable modem for Internet use went out on the 4th day (of our 15-day stay) and Time Warner could not fix it until our 13th day. This was a major inconvenience, as we needed to check email daily for work. We had to go to an Internet cafe and pay a fee. Other, than that, I have only one suggestion, that the owners purchase rolldown blinds to help manage the heat of the afternoon sun.We were pleased with the kitchen equipment. The blender was missing but was supplied (after a few days wait) by ReMax. The beach supplies and "reference library" were also quite welcome. We especially liked the electric grill, the insulated beverage pitcher, and the picnic coolers. We would certainly recommend this condo to friends.Eileen Gaston

We loved staying in this unit. It was just right for the two of us. The only thing we would like to see changed/made available is a place to barbecue that is convenient (near the pool?) Trekking half way down the hillside to the beach left a lot to be desired.....we never barbecued during our stay and very much would have loved to be able to so so easily.
