I always wish the outdoor pool was heated more warmly than it is with a spring trip. Not sure what was going on with the walkway to the beach. It was much more cumbersome this year with the dunes being higher. A walkway would be AWESOME!!! Love the place. |

The beach was great, the location of the condo, right on the beach, was great. The view from the balcony was awesome. The condo was very clean, stocked with all that we needed except food and extra toilet paper and paper towels. We were well pleased with the condo except for one very important thing. The mattresses were VERY hard. It was like laying on a board for a week. Because of not being able to sleep well, waking up with a sore back and stiff neck I can not recommend this condo to anyone who can't tolerate a bad mattress. Stayed for 1 days in August, 2012 We loved the 1 night that we got to stay in this condo and we will definitely be coming back. We had planned 7 nights, and only got to stay 1 because of tropical storm Isaac. My only complaint is that I wish the reality company had given us a few more hours notice on the evacuation orders. And of course, we would have loved to stay the entire week, but the storm prevented that. :-) Very well maintained condo, beautiful views, and a lovely location. I'm pretty sure you'll love it too. |

Both beds were hard as rocks and I finally (after 3 nights of no sleep) had to go buy a memory foam mattress topper to be able to sleep at night. |

We couldn't have been more happy with the amenities or Bender Realty staff! Before even arriving my worries were eliminated after speaking with a Bender Realty employee who ensured me that even though we were stuck in traffic and were going to arrive late for check in, that someone would be at the office to assist us. The condo building was close enough to attractions that it didn't take long to get to all the hot spots, but removed enough that we were able to relax at the beach or by the pool. The condo was clean and had a great view. My only complaint would be that it may be time to replace the mattresses in the unit we stayed in (704). My husband and I had back aches by the end of the week. Overall, our vacation was wonderful and we will be using Bender Realty again! |

Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 The elevator was out when I arrived.Property management did not tell me this when I checked soon as I got to the rental the master bedroom toilet overflowed.The rental seemed to have not been cleaned very well at all.There was a fan running in the hallway when I arrived.This should have been a red flag to me.Mascara was all over the master bedroom sheets.Called maintenance and they came sometime the next day.[they were in no hurry to climb those stairs I suspect] Sorry to say I will not use this company again. I'll book alot earlier next time. At least the beach was great. |

We couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. We were pleasantly surprised at the small impact of the oil spill. It really was nothing like you see on TV. We were able to pitch our umbrella in the sand and had no worries about oil getting all over everything. What oil we could see on the beach was easy to avoid and was easy to wash off in the little baby pool provided by the Condo. The view was wonderful. We even had a private, covered parking space with our condo. That means a lot in the hot weather. Our whole family enjoyed the pools and the exercise room. We really liked being near all the attractions.We will definently be staying here again. |

What a nice condo we had and it had a great view. The beach was beautiful and we thought we had the best spot on the beach. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We found great eating spots within a short driving distance. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, it was very clean. Had an undercover spot for our car, which was very convenient. All and all we had a great time walking on the beach both day and night. What a beautiful sunset we saw just about every night. We would love to come back and would recommend this spot to anyone who wanted to have a great vacation. |

The condo was very nice and was very clean. The swimming pool was nice but pretty small and had very few lounge chairs. The view from the 7th floor balcony was amazing - we saw a beautiful sunset and a full moon. We would highly recommend the condo and hope to stay there again on our next visit. |
