This is a spectacular villa with private pool overlooking the
ocean. The main house has a great room with large living area,
dining room and very well equipped kitchen all with amazing water
views. There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths as well as
an office / library and laundry room. The covered porches
overlooking the pool and ocean extend the full length of the villa
with ample outdoor seating areas. This villa has its’ own private
pool with outdoor stereo speakers and a nice grilling area. Located
behind the main house is the separate guest cottage. This charming
and private cottage includes a sitting area, bath / dressing area
and kitchenette as well as its’ own covered porch with lovely ocean
views. Banana Hill comes with everything one could need – so just
bring your bathing suit and fishing rod!

Long Island is located 165 miles southeast of Nassau, Bahamas. Daily flights are available. Flight time is approximately 45 minutes. On Long Island there are two very different coasts, 'The Lodge' is located on the one with soft white beaches and the other with rocky headlands that descend suddenly into the ocean. The terrain varies from sloping hills in the north to low hillsides, with numerous limestone caves, fading into flatlands in the south. Long Island stretches over 75 miles, with many small settlements along Queen’s Highway. The scenery from the highway changes from old buildings surrounded by stone walls, to beautiful beaches with calm blue water. One can spend the day on a remote beach with complete privacy, or tour the island and shop for pottery, woven goods, or fresh fruit. Go to lunch at an authentic island conch bar serving fresh fish, conch, and lobster Take the time to meet the locals, becoming one with the island.

- a 50% deposit is required within 14 days of booking.
- Balance plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days of departure, the balance of security less any damages or phone charges will be returned to you.
- Cancellations - due to our remote location once a reservation is booked, you are responsible for the rental period. Should you need to cancel for any reason, please call us as soon as possible as we will make every effort to rebook the rental period. If we are successful in rebooking the space, your deposit will be returned less a 15% cancellation fee
