Our apartment is 50m2 large, offers a spacious / oversized bedroom witha freestanding double bed (180x200cm) with anti-allergic matrasses and pilows,a good sized cupboard and a make-up table,a cosy open space living area with integrated hall and a open link to the kitchen.
The sofa is possible to use as double bed, so 3-4 persons cansleep if necessary (supplement for the extra sheets/pilows/cover of 5Euro/day). A writing table gives the possibility for laptop use/writing.
Full equipped kitchen and comfortable bathroom. The double entrance door offers and isolation and security. The main entrance doors are with a code.The following equipment/comfort is present:
Air conditioning forliving room/kitchen/hall*,
electrical heating*,
cable TV with a DVD and VCR player,
a music radio-CD-cassette player,
a phone* and Internet connection possibility via modem*,
a wash and dry combination,
a hairdryer, an iron with board,
a digital clock with alarm function.
The bathroom (sink, good size showercabin , toilet) has halogen lights and independent electrical ventilator. The kitchen is functional and has a little breakfast/worktable: there is gas cooking, an electric oven, a big fridge with separate freezer,an electric water kettle, all pots, plates, glasses, .... Cleaning apartment and fresh bath and bed clothes every 4-5th day (for daily rent).
