Our immaculate waterview beach house is located in a beach and boating community in Southold, New York, only a mile from the historic village of Greenport.

It's the perfect place to relax and take in the North Fork's pristine beaches, award-winning wineries, antique shops, art galleries, and many other attractions including the U.S.'s 6th largest water park.

With three bedrooms (including one master bedroom with full private bath, king bed, cable TV and high speed internet ) plus an additional bed height areo bed in separate living, you'll have plenty of room for everyone. For extra comfort we use 400-600 count sheets, down pillows and blankets. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, side by side refigerqtor with filtered water, and ice dispensor in door, pots, pans and all the cooking equipment and utensils you could want, you'll feel right at home.

During the day you can enjoy the bay view from a large deck with an outdoor living room set, two grills, a 14ft retractable awning, and a dining table steps to a very large private half acre yard.
