This four season cottage is newly renovated and in the beautiful Laurentian Mountains[town of Lantier]. Just 20 minutes to Mount Tremblant Resort and 15 minutes to St.Donat. In the winter months they offer: alpine and cross-country skiing, ski lessons for all levels and ages, snowshoeing (tube sliding@Tremblant and St.Sauveur). In the warmer months, Mount Tremblant has golfing, a private beach, mountain biking and outdoor entertainment. There are wonderful restaurants, fine dining or casual, and unique shops in the village. The cottage is near the town of Saint Agathe[15 minutes], it has all services and major stores and many types of restaurants. At your leisure you can take a short drive to the quaint towns of St. Donat, Val David, Val Morin, St. Jovite and St. Sauveur. You can enjoy many sports right outside your cottage door, on the lake or in the woods. On the large lake, Lac de-la-Montagne Noir[with a sand bottom], you can X-Country ski, snow shoe, ice skate, ice fish or snow mobile. In the summer months you can swim, boat, fish, or take a hike or mountain bike ride. In the fall, the colors of the trees are breathtaking. From the living room and large front/side deck, you have a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. The cottage is only 75 minutes from Montreal.This comfortable four-bedroom cottage is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The modern kitchen has all new stainless appliances including a dishwasher.
The living room has a TV, DVD player, CD/radio stereo and wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is included in the rental.
On the main floor there are two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer and stackable washer/dryer.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one large room with 2 twin beds and one private bedroom with one twin bed. There is also a playroom/den with a TV,DVD,computer,futon and desk. There is a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer.
There is a new dock and a pier. There are 2 kayaks, 1 canoe[3 person],1 pedal boat, 1 rowboat and 8 life jackets available, weather permitting. There are plenty of outdoor tables, chairs, loungers and there's also a picnic table. Under cover outdoors, there's a BBQ and Refrigerator. Everything you could need or want is at Chalet Mon Reve. The view on the lake is incredible and it's beautiful all year around.
