Latin Quarter - Quai de la Tournelle - Luxury apartment - Apartment Rental Listing Details

The building is situated in the Latin Quarter, more exactly along the Quai de la Tournelle, in the heart of one of Paris' most charming location boasting dramatic vistas over Notre-Dame, source of inspiration of major international painters, such as Marc Chagall, Filippo De Pisis, Albert Lebourg, and so on. The building entry is at number 13, just in front of the Pont de la Tournelle which joints the Seine left bank with Ile Saint Louis. At number 15 of Quai de la Tournelle is the 400 years old Tour d’Argent, a temple of French haute cuisine.
Our apartment is at third French floor. It is luminous and elegantly furnished and the windows open with views of the Seine, Ile Saint Louis and Notre Dame. In the evening, the lights of lampposts, monuments and bateaux-mouches, make a magic atmosphere, which comes into the apartment and make it warm.
This 120 square meters flat consists of entrance room, dressing room, 2 double rooms, dining and living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The number of occupants can be up to 6.
The main bedroom offers a queen size double bed, a cupboard and minor furnishing. The second bedroom has two single twin beds and a third pull out bed underneath. The elegantly furnished living room shows a very wide bookcase and a fireplace with 2 sofas: one of them is fold out double bed.
The kitchen is really fully equipped: oven, microwave, electric ceramic contact grills, "American style" fridge & freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, bread toaster, and electric coffeemaker and espresso machine, a complete set of kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans.
The apartment provides also washer and dryer, high-speed Internet connection, TV cable (CNN reception), DVD player, Stereo System with CD player.
The nearest Metro station is Maubert-Mutualité (line 10), Pont Marie (line 7); RER station at Saint Michel.

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT and REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
The balance and the refundable security deposit must be paid at latest 4 days before the arrival date, by credit card.

4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The standart price includes:
- 1 double bed for 1-2 persons (price for 1-2 people).
- 2 double beds for 3-4 persons (price for 3-4 people).
If you need 2 beds (for a 2 people rental), an extra fee of 50 euros is applied for the extra bed.
If you need 3 beds (for a 3-4 people rental), an extra bed of 50 euros is applied for the third
bed.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.
As the balance and the security deposit has to be paid at latest 4 days before the arrival date, should be the balance and the security deposit already paid at the moment of cancellation, the balance and the security deposit will be refunded in full. The booking deposit only may be deducted just in case of cancellation (see above)

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
