The rooms on the ground floor all have beautiful fireplaces, each one different from the others, and the living-rooms have a refined atmosphere but at the same time represent a real country mansion. A little further away is the 6x12m swimming-pool in a panoramic position for the private use of guests. Opposite the entrance is a covered patio furnished with a table and chairs and is ideal for breakfast and dinner outside. Passo Novo lies about 6 kms from Sferracavallo, where you will find all the services you might need. Orvieto is 11 kms away, Todi 40 kms; nearby are many villages to visit which are interesting not only for their history and culture but also for their gastronomy, with typical local restaurants offering an excellent quality cuisine, with truffles the king. In little more than an hour you can get to the centre of Rome (140 kms) or Florence (170 kms). Utilities and daily cleaning performed by our professional staff are included in the price.
