Set back among mature trees on a quiet residential street in Valley Village, the upstairs unit of our charming duplex is available for short or long term stays. (1 bedroom with queen bed, and 1 full bath). A cosy home away from home, the unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need, down to the dental floss. The unit has its own washer and dryer, private landscaped yard with patio furniture, soothing fountain and gas barbecue. Dogs are welcome but sorry no cats. Located close to major studios and just minutes from Universal Studios, Universal Amphitheater concert venue and City Walk, NOHO Arts District, Metro Rail to Hollywood, (Grauman's Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater and Hollywood Blvd), downtown and beyond. 2 blocks from the Ventura and Hollywood freeways; 1 block walk to local market and Starbucks; 10 minutes by car over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, trendy Melrose Ave shopping, and upscale Beverly Hills. Lots of great restaurants nearby and don't forget the Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats and enjoy an open air concert.
Single rollaway bed and pack & play crib available if required.

Additional guests $15 each per night.
No charge for children 2 and under.
14% California lodging taxes apply on all stays of less than 31 days.
Cleaning fee $85 plus $5 per additional guest. Pets $25 additional
cleaning fee each pet.
3 night minimum unless we have 2 open nights between other reservations. 1 week minimum required for major holidays.
