We offer cleaning service after your stay, and provide linens and towels for your convenience. However, the cleaning staff is only allotted a specific amount of time to clean. Please ensure the house is left tidy upon departure to ensure they stay within this time.
We kindly ask that you complete the follwing:
start dishwasher, pile soiled towels in bathroom, strip your bed, and bring bottles and garbage to the front door
**quite time is 10pm**
A $200.00 security deposit is required.
