Alghero has a very long sandy beach and an enormous protected area; near by, going north or south, there is a superb coast with some little beaches. At 30 minutes by car there are the famous Nettuno Caves, open to visitors with a guide in site, which you can reach also by a boat leaving from the turistic port. Alghero is a lovely town, with an ancient center, some old churches, a nice cathedral, lots of restaurants, night life, fair during summer. Possibility of renting boats with or without crew, school diving, wind surf, sail boats. Three horse riding near by. Possibility to rent also my other apt in Budoni, in the east coast. Quite neighborhood, but if you like night life, the house is not far from the living center of the town, with its many restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops, etc.
