St Emilion 4 br Vacation Rental Cottage

Beautifully located accommodation in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region near St.Emillion. We have 4 hectares of gardens and grounds surrounded by vineyards and forest but with easy access to sites, restaurants and shops. There is a direct train from Bordeaux to our local station which takes just 40 minutes.

This is a wonderful away from it all situation where reading a book or swimming in our 16x14m pool (open May until Sept), relaxing in the hot tub(open all year) and tasting the local wine is all you need do! If, however, you want to be a bit more active, there is canoeing on the nearby river Dordogne, golf available at 2 locations only 40 minutes by car, or this is great cycling countryside and you can hire bikes from us.

The cottage is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV/Video/DVD, CD Player, Playstation, hairdryer, iron, fridge, hobb and combination microwave/grill and oven. There is a BBQ area and terrace for outside dining. The cottage has safety features, such as; smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. For your additional comfort during the summer months the windows have insect screens and we provide electric fans for helping you cool down. For winter there are electric blankets.
The cottage is wheelchair accessible with an en-suite adapted wetroom. Ideal for people with reduced mobility, ramp access to bedroom and living area.

We have broadband WiFi internet access.

Prices for April can often be the winter rate as it is dependent on weather and use of the pool (generally mid May until mid Sept). We offer good discounts if only 2-4 people wish to rent this cottage.

Check in is 5pm or after, check out is 10.30am or before.

We accept deposits via credit card of 20% of the total price in euros or sterling and final payments in euros on arrival.

There is a minimum 3 night stay policy.
