The home is built on three levels, plus the roof deck. Entering on the first floor from the private patio area, or the 2 car tandem carport, the entry is paved in travertine. On this floor are two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and a twin bedded room with a rollaway trundle for a third person. The bath on this level has stone floors and tub surround, with a luxurious rain shower head over the soaking tub. There is also a full size washer and dryer on this level. No need to worry about hot water at this house; we have a tankless, high efficiency hot water heater that will provide more than enough hot water for everyone's needs.

Going up to the second level, there's the master bedroom with queen bed and sitting area, a luxurious private bath with travertine floors and tub surrounds, granite countertops, a huge walk in closet and dressing area, and a private balcony with white water views of the ocean.

Continuing up to the third level, there is a huge, vertical picture window over the stairs that looks out to the view of Mission Bay. A few more stairs, and you enter the Great Room. Covered in maple hardwood floors, with light coming in from the many windows, and the
awesome views of the Pacific Ocean, it's truly a place you will never want to leave. For the gourmet cook, the kitchen has a professional Viking SS cooktop, granite counters, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils and small appliances needed to prepare delicious meals. There are 3 swiveling bar stools at the counter, and a table that seats 5. The living area faces the ocean, with two huge picture windows overlooking the view, set with e-glass
to minimize glare. Open the windows and let the sounds and breezes from the ocean flow through the room. There is a new 30 inch flat screen TV with digital cable, including premium channels and DVD/CD player. Also, we have a modem with high speed Wi-Fi access set up
here. You can bring your laptop and connect to high speed internet with your Wi-Fi laptop from any place in the house. There is a half bath powder-room on this level, and a french door that leads to the stairs to the roof deck. The sun deck has table and chairs, a gas BBQ, lounge chairs, and a buffet table for all your food or drinks.
