Kulenin Evi is a private, spacious holiday villa to rent, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, superbly located actually in Kalkan town, 2 minutes walk to the sea and even less to the centre of Kalkan. The villa offers stunning views of Kalkan Bay, Kalkan town and the surrounding Taurus Mountains.The villa is tastefully furnished and is surrounded by unusually large private gardens which are well stocked with bougainvilleas, jasmine, hibiscus and many other exotic flowers and shrubs. There are also lemon and orange trees, bananas, figs, mulberries, pomegranates and olives in the garden. There is a private swimming pool, 32 sq. m. and outdoor jacuzzi, 4 sq m with 13 hydro air massage jets, and patio areas with 8 sunbeds, umbrellas and tables and chairs. From the swimming pool there are views of the mountains and Kalkan Bay. All the rooms have balconies or direct access to patio areas. The villa is a 150 metre stroll to the main street in Kalkan where the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are, yet in a quiet location. On the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned double bedroom, (5.7m x 3.8m) with a king sized bed, plus dressing room and ensuite shower room and an air conditioned twin bedded room with adjacent shower room, both with direct access to the gardens, pool and terrace. A 9th person can be accommodated in the double bedroom on a good quality fold up bed for which there is an additional charge of £50 pw The air conditioned sitting room, 30 sq.m., is on the first floor with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay. The sitting room has seating for eight, two three seater sofas and one two seater sofa. DVD and CD players are provided with a range of DVDs/CDs, bring your own if you want to. There are also games, including chess and backgammon and a selection of books. The separate kitchen/dining room is also on the first floor with an extensive range of units, crockery, cutlery and glasswear, cooking utensils, 4 ring gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and freezer with balcony overlooking the gardens and private swimming pool with steps down to the terraces. There is also a large dining table with chairs. The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom again with a king sized bed, dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower and two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay and the fourth bedroom, air conditioned, with twin beds and ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden, pool and the sea. You might like to try a BBQ on the 3rd floor roof terrace where dining is magical as you watch the sun set and the stars come out over the ocean. Additionally there is an attic room with the washing machine, sink, clothes drier, iron, ironing board and fridge to keep your food and drinks cool while on the roof terrace.
