This recently refurbished, off-complex apartment offers accommodation to a very high standard.

ACCOMODATION:
Consists of a spacious lounge/dining room which is light and airy. It is fitted with a log burning fire for those cooler evenings. A TV receiving UK satellite channels, DVD player/VHS recorder and stereo equipment are available for your enjoyment. The new double glazed glass doors fold away to extend the accommodation onto the terrace, offering superb ocean views.

There are sun loungers and shade for those bright sunny days and patio furniture for al-fresco dining.

Use of nearby indoor and outdoor pools is available.

The Master bedroom consists of a queen size bed, has a Romeo and Juliet sun balcony and offers ample storage space. Bedroom two offers twin beds. Both rooms are adjacent to the bathroom which is fitted with a combined bath and shower. For those who enjoy cooking, the high tech superb new kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and numerous appliances. There is also a washing machine & tumble dryer for your convenience.

GENERAL INFORMATION
There is a strictly no smoking policy inside the apartment, it is permitted on the terrace. No pets are allowed. All linen and bath towels are supplied and a maid service is offered once per week, the maid’s duties include general cleaning, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom, but not washing up or personal laundry.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:
The following section is an honest guide to the way of life in Portugal. We want to provide you with this information to help ensure you have a perfect holiday whilst staying in the Algarve.

SECURITY:
Be as security conscious whilst on holiday as you would be at home. Do not leave valuables on view in your car and always be sure to secure the apartment doors, shutters and windows when going out. For additional security a safe has been fitted in the master bedroom.

MOSQUITOS
As with other hot countries, insects can be a problem. Use plug-in mosquito repellents in the bedrooms and lotion repellent when you intend eating out. Uncovered food may attract ants so store all food in the fridge or in airtight containers. Ant powder will easily solve the problem if it occurs.

WATER / ELECTRICITY
With little or no rain, shortages do occur which may result in low water pressure or supplies being cut off for short periods. Please bare with it, the locals are suffering in the same way. The water is safe to drink, but may taste different, we recommend you stick to bottled water for drinking and washing salad vegetables etc. Portuguese plumbing is not as efficient as we are used to and cannot cope with the disposal of nappies etc. Please refrain from putting any items of this kind down the toilet, dispose of them in the bin provided. Electricity cuts are not uncommon, especially after storms.

TOWELS
The towels are provided strictly for use in the apartment. Towels for use on the beach must be provided by yourselves.

DRAINS:
THE DRAINS BLOCK VERY EASILY For this reason, we request that you do not use the WC for the disposal of any manufactured products other than toilet paper. Please put all sanitary products, baby products and wipes of any kind in the bin provided, thank you

BEACHES:
The main village and Centeanes beaches are both within a 10-minute walk. There are several more stunning beaches all within a five-minute drive.

GOLF:
There are many golf courses close by, Vale de Milho, Salgados, Pinta Alto Club to name but a few are all within a fifteen minute drive

DAMAGES:
We accept that accidents do happen, if something is broken, please either replace it or report it to the Management Company who will endeavour to replace it for you. All breakages should be paid for before leaving the apartment.

CHANGE OVER:
Please check at time of booking, check in time is 14.00 and checkout 10.00.

PRICES:
The prices are per week for the apartment and not per person and include weekly maid service, towels and bed linen.

NOTES ON THE RATES:
Discounted rates available for long winter lets. A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit is required of £300 which will be refunded provided there is no loss or damage to the apartment.

SURCHARGES:
Cost of electricity is charged during the Low Season.

AVAILABILITY AND BOOKINGS:
A non-returnable 40% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The full balance is required at least eight weeks before your arrival date.
