This beautiful location has 46 acres,approximately 40 mature apple trees dispersed widely on the property, 1100' of lakefront, flat and hilly terrain, meadows, pines, hardwoods. Ruffed grouse, turkey, doves, ducks, geese, rabbits, bear and lots of deer populate this area.It is not uncommon to see 20 plus deer a day while on your stand. We have some beauties in velvet right now. Fishing for pike and panfish is very good as the lake gets little pressure.
The cabin is fully furnished and has a kitchenette, a bath with shower, and a wood burning stove. There is a sleeping loft upstairs and a hide a bed on the first floor. It sits high on a hill and has a porch with a view of the lake. Wake up and walk to your stand or blind.
It's a great year round place to come sharpen your skills and prepare for the fall hunt or just spend time with family and friends.
