Ideal for honeymooners, families with children, elder couples. Close to beach (400 mt), city center (500 mt), shops, bars, restaurant, bus stop from/to Railway station and Airport.
The spacious living room has a terrace (10 square m) with wrought iron table and chairs. The terrace, overlooking the inner courtyard, is silent and calm, a very relaxing place for your rest.
In the living room there are a well equipped kitchenette, table and 4 chairs, 2 sofa beds. In the bathroom there are shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet, washing machine, hair dryer. The bedroom has a “French double bed” (cm 140 x 200) and a fitted wardrobe. The apartment is provided with central electrical heating. Smoking is allowed only in the terrace. Pets welcome.

80% balance payment plus a $ 200 refundable breakages-deposit is required 4 weeks before arrival. 35 Euros for final cleaning/laundry are required before leaving.
If cancellations occur 3 weeks or less before arrival, breakages-deposit will be refunded only. Cancellations have to be confirmed by e-mail.
