It is here that you find VilaLusitana built on a hilltop 30 mtrs above sea level,commanding breathtaking views of the ocean.With 6 bedrooms, all with bathroom ensuite this villa is ideal for your family or a group of friends.It can sleep a total of 18 people with extra beds on request.The air-conditioned bedrooms can be either twin or doubles.All have a sofa (or a third single bed) in them for an extra person and a desk with a television
and CD.There are another 2 full bathrooms making a total of 8.The rooms open onto the large terrace with outside furniture.The sitting room is beautifully furnished as is the whole of Villa Lusitana and has satellite television.There is a beautiful fireplace for the cooler months.The dining room seats 18 and French doors open onto a large terrace.Every morning a breakfast buffet can be served.The adjoining fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and espresso.The large
heatable swimming pool is set in beautifully landscaped gardens and there is a barbecue area for those balmy evenings eating al fresco.
Imagine the comfortable indolence of long sun-drenched afternoons with the song of the cicadas and the lingering scent of lavender and rosemary. In such a relaxed atmosphere there is little motivation to move, except to splash around the pool or add more ice-cubes into a refreshing drink.For the more active amongst you there is plenty to do and explore. You are surrounded by 3 golf courses all within 3 km and there are approximately 20 courses within an hour's drive.Just a kilometre from the villa is the Carvoeiro Tennis Club with twelve tennis courts of various surfaces.A few kilometres away is a fantastic riding centre.At the centre you can have lessons in all disciplines , make beautiful walks near the Atlantic coastline and enjoy guided country rides on reliable horses.The Algarve coast provides some very acceptable watersports conditions. Nearby is a diving and
snorkeling for both beginners and advanced divers.Due to the attractive climate water-skiing and windsurfing are popular sports.
Just in front of the villa is a small hidden beach and only the few habitants of the valley know about it so you can almost consider this as a private beach.Countless sandy coved beaches are at walking from the villa.The main Carvoeiro beach is located in the centre of the town that more or less spreads itself in a semicircle around it. Though it can become a little crowded at the height of summer, there are a number of beautiful secluded coves and beaches in the immediate vicinity, some of which are only accessible by boat.
There is a great variety of restaurants bars and shops. A small , but practical mini market is within 500 meters distance plus a small charming square with various restaurants and cafes.The larger supermarkets can be found before entering the village of Carvoeiro. Since we , the owners live in the neighbourhood , and will be welcoming all of our guests and will be able to give all kinds of useful information to you. During the stay in the villa we will be delighted to assist you whenever necessary.
