The Davenport villa of almost 1,600 sq. ft. is the perfect vacation home offering great value and privacy. Situated on a child safe street the home backs on to an orange grove. Due to how the house has been positioned on the lot the majority of the pool deck is hidden from accompanying houses. This is truly a unique feature to the area. If you are lucky, you may even see the hot air balloons on the weekend as they glide low over the orange grove. It is conveniently situated just minutes off Hwy #27 and less than 1/2 a mile to Hwy #192, the main route to Disney attractions and Restaurants. It is also located ten minutes away from Hwy #4; the route to sea world, Universal Studios and outlet shopping. Locally amenities such as Publix, CVS, and Walgreens are just minutes away from the villa.

This house has exeptional vacation accommodations with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a dining room area, kitchen, and a spacious living room. One of the bathrooms serves as full size ensuite for the master bedroom. No problem coping with the great Florida weather as the house has air conditioning throughout. If you prefer to cool off outdoors, a fully screened pool with lounge chairs awaits you just outside the patio doors. If you get home a little later after a full day, the pool features a light for nighttime swimming. During the winter months the pool can be heated if requested(additional charges applies). There is adequate parking in the driveway for at least two vehicles.

Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
