Palm Villas is located 105 km. from the Airport (Antalya), on the beach road in the small town Payalar. Palm Villas is a compound of 40 large villas, with plenty of space in between. Most of the Villas are owned by Europeans who use them as a holiday getaway. Some live there permanently. The site is well kept, and the British company that takes care of it, resides on site. The complex has a helpful staff on duty 24 hours a day. Here you can enjoy life, without the confines of a hotel room, leave the door open so the kids can run in and out all day. There are a few shops just 200 meters down the road, where you can buy the most basic items. The nearest “real” shopping is in Konakli, a thriving town, with restaurants, supermarkets, big market on Wednesday etc. just 5 minutes down the road by bus. GROUND FLOOR:
On the ground floor you will find the entrance, bathroom with shower and a very cozy living room. The perfect place to get out of the afternoon sun, sit back with a good book and read a few pages while the kids are watching a DVD in the first floor living room. In the evening the room has a fantastic atmosphere. Or sit outside under the palm trees and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You will also find a stylish entrance that makes you feel at home the moment you step in. Hidden in a closet the washing machine It’s ready if you want do a bit of laundry.
FIRST FLOOR:
First floor contains a large sofa combined with at Chaiselonge. The set is completed with an arm chair.
TV, DVD and Surround system is installed including a selection of approx. 100 DVD’s. Balcony with table, fireplace/barbeque and sun chair. Sit on the balcony late at night, light a few candles and listen to the crickets while enjoying a glass of cool wine. The perfect way to end a day of sightseeing. During the day, sit and relax on the small balcony, while watching the kids play in the pool. Stand in the kitchen and enjoy the beautiful views. Looking in one direction you will see the pool, looking in the other direction you will see the Mediterranean. SECOND FLOOR:
The second floor contains a stylishly decorated master bedroom with a double bed, closet, vanity table and dimmed lights built into coving. Direct access to large south-west facing balcony with magnificent view of the Mediterranean / fields. The first you see getting up in the morning is the sun reflecting in the sea. 2nd bedroom is a big room with 2 single beds that have been pushed together. Dimmable light. stereo system, closet.
