An open plan chef's kitchen services both the inside and outside dining areas. The downstairs entertainment room houses a 60 inch plasma flat screen TV, complete with DVD, stereo and Sony Playstation II as well as an American pool table, making it a great party room or that rainy day retreat.

Rental of this superb vacation villa includes all your basic Thai meals prepared by your personal Thai chef, complimentary soft drinks and bottled water as well as a complimentary case of Heineken on arrival. Your 2 resident maids will take care of all your daily needs and your private Villa manager will make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. And of course, we will be at the airport to greet you.

Facilities
This villa is beautifully finished and furnished, complete with rich wooden flooring throughout, all original artwork and antiques and rich fabrics, makes it the Villa that other Villa's are measured against.

Bedrooms
Comprising of 5 master bedrooms, each with their own attached bathrooms and each with fantastic views across Patong Bay. From the moment you open your curtains in the morning to the evening sunset and the night lights of Patong, you will never tire of the changing views.

Swimming Pool
The 14 meter, infinity edge pool is the only thing that sits between the Villa and the view. You can lie by the pool or on the teak sun beds, or sit in the pool with the spa jets massaging your back. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Entertainment Room
The downstairs games room houses an awesome 60 inch, wall mounted plasma TV. The surround sound home theatre comes with DVD and Sony Playstation as well as a selection of the latest movies and games for you to enjoy. Or, if you prefer, an American pool table sits at the other end of the entertainment room with great views of Patong.

Wifi and Broadband PC
Recognising that you want to stay in touch with friends and family, the entire Villa is WiFi enabled. So, if you bring your own laptop that is WiFi enabled, you're connected. We also provide a top of the line broadband PC with scanner and printer so you can make all your friends jealous with pictures from your Villa.

Kitchen
The Villa has 2 full kitchens. On the mid-level, the open plan main kitchen services both the poolside dining as well as inside dining. The lower kitchen is also a full kitchen and can be used for late night entertainment snacks or as a maids kitchen. Both are fully equipped and if you feel inclined to cook yourself, go right ahead.

Staff
The Villa comes with a minimum of 2-resident maids. The will take care of all your daily needs. Your private Villa manager speaks perfect English and will handle your personal needs such as restaurant bookings, tours and recommendations. But she is more than capable of arranging afternoon massages and even more exotic things like poolside cabarets for your party or a baby elephant to entertain the children. Just let us know.

Food and Drink
All your basic Thai meals are included in your stay. Our Thai cooks are fully trained and can prepare and present a range of Thai dishes to suit your tastes. The Western breakfast is also excellent. If you desire a poolside seafood bar-b-q with imported steak and lobster, we will buy it at the market, prepare it to your taste and charge you only what we paid. Your soft drinks and bottled water is also complimentary.and allow us to put your first case of Heineken in the fridge for you.on us.

All airport transport is provided complimentary.

Check In and Check Out
As long as the actual check in and check out fall on the day you arrive and leave, then it is entirely up to you. We never book guests on the same day, so there is no pressure on you. Simply relax and enjoy.
