Cute 1 story oceanfront cottage on beautiful Green Bay - part of Nova Scotia's amazing South Shore. 2013 RENTALS: We have 3.5 weeks left in May/June and 2.5 weeks left in September -hope to see you!

Wake up & enjoy your coffee on the large front deck looking over the Atlantic Ocean, spend the day on the sandy beach in front of the cottage then take a 5 min walk to MacLeod’s Canteen to enjoy ice-cream or the best chowder around.

PORTERS PLACE is available to rent from mid-May through to mid-October on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. It is completely self-contained: bring your food & beach towels! It is a great place to relax & enjoy the best Nova Scotia has to offer.

Some features:
PORTERS PLACE has 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 double and 2 twin/single beds for a maximum sleeping capacity of 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and glassware. As well, basic spices, condiments, and coffee filters are provided. The 3 piece bathroom has a sink, toilet, and 3/4 length tub with shower. The large living area has a TV for DVDs, telephone, radio/CD player, mp3 player/docking system,electric fireplace, dining table & chairs, and sofa plus 3 sitting chairs. There is s large front deck with a propane BBQ, deck chairs and patio table with chairs. In addition to a fully furnished covered back porch, there is a large front and back yard for play or toast some s'mores in the fire pit. All bath towels and linen included.

Located at 448 Green Bay Road, PORTERS PLACE is 5 minutes from Petite Riviere, 20 minutes from the town of Bridgewater, and 90 minutes from the City of Halifax.

-If pets are accompanying renters; there will be an additional 40$ changed over the advertised weekly rate.
-PORTERS PLACE is not available to rent from mid-October thru mid-May.
