Cute 1 story oceanfront cottage on beautiful Green Bay - part of Nova Scotia's amazing South Shore. - Wake up & enjoy your coffee on the large front deck looking over the Atlantic Ocean. Spend the day on the sandy beach in front of the cottage then take a 5 min walk to McLeod’s Canteen to enjoy ice-cream or the best clams & chips around.
Some features:
PORTERS PLACE has 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 double and 2 twin/single beds for a maximum sleeping capacity of 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and glassware. As well, basic spices, condiments, and coffee filters are provided. The 3 piece bathroom has a sink, toilet, and 3/4 length tub with shower. The large living area has a TV for DVDs, telephone, radio/CD player, electric fireplace, dining table & chairs, and sofa plus 3 sitting chairs. There is s large front deck with a propane BBQ, deck chairs and patio table with chairs. In addition to a fully furnished covered back porch, there is a large front and back yard for play or toast some s'mores in the fire pit. All bath towels and linen included.
PORTERS PLACE is completely self-contained - bring your food & beach towels! It is a great place to relax & enjoy the best Nova Scotia has to offer.
