Payment
Baan Suerte Resort requires a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, and the full balance of payment is due upon your arrival. For the deposit we accept wire transfers through our bank account in Roatan. For the balance of payment upon arrival, we accept credit cards, cash or traveler's checks.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a service fee of US$ 150.00 per reservation. Cancellations made 30-15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 days and sooner prior to arrival are 100% non- refundable.
