The condo is only 20 yards from (and directly facing) beautiful sandy Kaanapali Beach and the Mahana swimming pool. Several championship golf courses are nearby. It is hard to beat the convenience of being on the ground floor. If you are sitting by the pool, sunning yourself on the lounge chairs, or relaxing on the beach, it is extremely convenient to go back to the condo for a cold drink, a book, or anything else you may need. The Mahana at Kaanapali has a quiet and relaxed environment. Many of the Mauai condo accomodations are owner occupied or managed "by owner." Since The Mahana at Kaanapali does not cater to tour-groups and conventions, nor does it have a bar, it is quieter than the nearby Maui resort hotels. If you are seeking a livelier environment or other types of night-life entertainment, you can find it by taking a short walk along the beach or a short car ride.
