Please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes are not allowed on property. There will also be a cleaning fee charged upon booking. Limit 2 cars per unit. Armbands are required to use any common area amenity - $1 per person. PETS NOT ALLOWED. All units are non-smoking except on the balcony if applicable.
