Well-appointed 1bedroom/1bathroom condo in the secure La Jolla de Mismaloya condominium complex. Situated on Mismaloya Bay, you are surrounded by mountains and the jungle. Sit on the private balcony with your Margarita and watch the sunset. In the morning, enjoy your coffee in a tranquil setting.Located about 15 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. There is access by local bus (bus stop right across from the main entrance to the condos). It is a five minute walk to Mismaloya Village where there are several good restaurants and small grocery stores. The condo has a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, phone, cable TV, balcony with ocean view. Marble floors and marble throughout the bathrooms. Balcony table seats 2. The La Jolla de Mismaloya condominium is a gated complex, providing 24 hour security. The complex has a swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, a tennis court, and an exercise room. The "Maria Bonita" patio restaurant is in operation during the high season. Rental fee includes maid service every third day. Daily maid service can be arranged for an additional fee. Walk along Mismaloya Beach and stop at one of the palapas on the beach and have a drink or eat lunch. Swim or snorkel in the bay. Most water sports and fishing charters can be arranged on the beach. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Weekly prices include maid service every 3rd day, all utilities and local phone use. Long distance calls will be charged to you. 50% of total rental is required to reserve the unit and the balance is payable 45 days prior to your stay. **Longer stays possible - inquire for rates**. Payment methods accepted include: Bank draft or certified cheque. Check-in is at 2:00pm and Check-out is 12:00 noon. If possible, we are happy to accomodate early check-in or late check-out.
