3 night minimum stay required; 7 night minimum stay required if dates fall over Easter, Christmas or New Year. POLICIES 1. Rates are subject to 13% local sales and resort taxes. 2. A departure cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights. 3. Reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received. 4. On receipt of full payment, we will send you final instructions including directions and check-in details. 5. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking inside the home. 6. Check-in is after 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is before 11am on day of departure. 7. Please be aware that parking of RVs, campers and trailers in the driveway of the home is not allowed by the local Homeowners Association. 8. Please note that: - no refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your accommodation package. - under no circumstances can the security deposit be refunded on day of departure. DEPOSITS
1. A $250.00 reservation deposit is required to confirm your dates. 2. Final payment, less the reservation deposit, is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. 3. Prior to arrival, a signed Guest Registration Form with Visa or MasterCard details is required as a security deposit against any damages, breakages, inventory discrepancies, excess housekeeping or unauthorized telephone usage. No charges are made to the credit card as long as the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival. REFUNDS
Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 1. 12 or more weeks prior to arrival - $50.00 cancellation fee 2. 8-12 weeks prior to arrival - loss of half of the reservation deposit 3. 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - loss of reservation deposit 4. Within 4 weeks of arrival - no refund We do recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
