A credit card is required in lieu of the security damage deposit. It is not actually charged, but an 'authorization' only in case of any damage, excessive cleaning, etc. Full payment is due by personal, business or cashiers check 30 days prior to arrival. A one time cleaning fee of $75.00 and 10% occupancy tax are to be added to above weekly and nightly rates. No refunds 30 days or less, but we will be happy to try and reschedule your stay in this property within six months of original reservation, holidays not included. Full payment is due within two weeks of confirmation for all Christmas and New Year's reservations and are non -refundable.
