This is absolutely stunning 2000 plus square feet cottage on one of the most beutiful and clean lakes in Kawarthas . The cottage is fourteen years old and has all the bells and whistles of a modern resort including indoor dry/wet sauna , whirpool and spa type bathrooms . There are three bedrooms on the main floor,two with double beds and master with queen bed , two bedrooms in the upstairs loft with large double pullout sofas and fantastic view ower the lake , large decks and seventy foot docking area . You are welcome to bring your own watercraft and enjoy the beauty of the lake . The waterfront has deep and shallow entry points making suitable for everyone . Your vacation will be enhanced by large "Hot tub" only few steps from the clear and clean lake water or by outdoor "Sauna by the lake" - Jump in water to refresh and cool down . The sauna is "dry/wet" type .
Perfect place for family vaction or longer stay ,for kayaking or fishing , species like Bass , Muskie and walleye . Local points of interest include : Peterborough City , Peterborough Historic Liftlock , Trent Waterway System ,Trent University , Lakefield College attended by Printz Andrew , Havelock Country Jamboriee in Month of August , Petroglyps Provincial Park , Warsaw Caves , Norwood Reptile Zoo , Alderville First Nations Vilage , Algonquin Park is 1.5 hour away and Capital of Canada - Ottawa is only 3.5 hours away .
The property is easy accesible by car and there is parking for several vehicles. True private retreat for a families , party of friends or reunion of extended relatives by the lake .
