Villa Clara is a beautiful, private, self contained Provençal-style holiday home with modern amenities. Upon arrival you will be greeted by our friendly French managers Benoit & Corinne, who speak fluent English.
Located in the charming medieval village of St Jeannet, Villa Clara is only two minute's walk from the Village's butcher, grocer, French bakeries, resturants and bars. The location is only 16km from Nice airport, while Italy is an easy one hour drive away.
Enjoy wonderful Mediterranean views; dine on the terrace with our wood-fired pizza oven; swim in our private pool. The location gives you all the busy Cote D'Azur has to offer combined with the get-away-from-it-all retreat that Provence is famous for. We have furnished the Villa with everything you have at home, including laptop, printer, scanner and photocopier and unlimited high speed internet.

25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable and is to be paid into the owner's French bank account on confirmation. The balance is required 2 months before your arrival at Villa Clara.
**** From 5 June 2010 to 10 September 2010 check in must be Saturday to Saturday. At all other times, please email us to see whether we can accommodate you with a 5 night minimum stay.
All prices include water and electricity, except for winter bookings (from October to April). During this period guests are asked to cover electricity & wood costs. A final charge for cleaning is not included in the above rates. A payment of 150 € on arrival is required to cover cleaning costs.
A 'Security Deposit' of 700 € must also be paid on arrival. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the house. The renter is required to have a travel insurance policy with public liability cover for each person.
