Val D'Isere #45 is a lovely property, ideally situated across the street from The Village, Mammoth's newest hot spot. Here you can enjoy fabulous boutique shopping, new restaurants, and gondola access to the chair lifts. Val D'Isere #45 is one of the most premiere units we have to offer, having undergone a complete remodel. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE PERMITTED. THERE IS A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED. This particular unit sits in a corner at the far end of the property amidst a multitude of trees and foliage invoking a wonderful sensation of privacy and tranquility- it's like your very own treehouse! This one bedroom loft/ two bathroom unit features all new furnishings and spectacular decor. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, beautiful custom cabinets, all new cooking and dining ware and upscale appliances. A dinette for four is adjacent to the living area, but there is also a patio table on the deck along with a small barbecue and a scenic forest view. The living area is furnished with a luxurious leather sofa with a built in recliner and pull out bed. The fireplace is lovely and there is a large TV with VCR, DVD, CD and surround sound speakers accentuated by high vaulted ceilings. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, all new furnishings and a bathroom with a newly tiled shower, vanity, and elegant fixtures. A special feature in the loft is the built in big screen TV with DVD. The downstairs bathroom is just as gorgeous with all new amenities along with a shower and bathtub. Throughout the unit there is slate stone flooring and new carpet, freshly painted walls, all new window treatments and adorable mountain accents. A new washer and dryer and free domestic and international long distance will also make you feel right at home. This unit does not offer internet access.

Winter rates are $270 midweek, $320 weekends and $365 to $425 during the holidays. Summer rates are $180 per night.

Bed Arrangement: A queen in the bedroom, an additional eurobunk plus a twin in the loft, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is six guests.
