huge living room with glass walls, you enjoy a wonderful panorama over the valley and the town; here our guests can relax and play together, listen to music, read, and meet whenever they want to. And if you want to be together in the sun, you will also enjoy the large balcony, which you step onto from the rooms.
1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.



The bathrooms have been elegantly furnished, and feature all comforts; they all have a bidet, a towel-warmer, a hairdrier and a beautiful large shower.

In a very large, fully equipped kitchen, you can cook for a number of people. You are welcome to choose whether you prefer eating inside or outside close to the garden, in the sun or in the shade.

In the bedrooms, in the kitchen and in the living room there is air-conditioning.

Outside on a large barbecue you can grill and enjoy your dishes in the garden.



Overall Property Description:
The Villa is located in a very quiet area; you access it through a private road.
The view from our home is the amazingly beautiful countryside of Montelupo and of the river valley. The house was built in 2005. The apartment features the most modern appliances and all of the comforts of home.

This is a 2 family villa, a portion is for rent and the other one is inhabited by the owners.

At guests' disposal:
The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and a fruit orchard boardering the surrounding olive groves and woods. Only one family or one group of guests at a time stay in the apartment; this way your stay in Bobolino will be cozy and pleasant just like you want it to be.

The private swimming pool (6 x 12 mt, 1,5 mt deep, with a smaller one additional pool, ideal for children - 2 x 5 mt , 0.80 mt deep).
The barbecue, the garden, the fruit orchard and the vegetable garden are to share with the owner's family.
Wi-Fi internet connection available free of charge.
Baby bed and high chair free of charge.

WINTER SEASON: euro 910/week and euro 130/night
LOW SEASON: euro 1000/week and euro 145/night
MID SEASON: euro 1300/week and euro 190/night
HIGH SEASON: euro 1600/week and euro 235/night


The price includes:

all taxes, private parking lot, towels, sheets, kitchen and table linens, weekly changed, power, water and natural gas, crib and high chair, when needed barbecue, swimming pool (May to October), Wi-Fi internet connection.


The price does not include:

extra sheets and towels: euro 15,00/person/change
