Please note that the mezzanine floor is open towards the corridor (no door, room is 1.60 m high and to be reached by a narrow, iron spiral staircase). Therefore it is specially suitable for children, although the beds have a normal length.

This is a farmhouse that dates back to 1200 surrounded by olive groves and Chianti vineyards in the Chianti Hills. A very peaceful place for relaxing and yet very near to art centres such as Florence 20Kms and Siena 55Kms .
The farmhouse has been very well restored by its present owners, keeping the original Tuscan design. It has been divided into spacious apartments.

Ideal for large groups, if you rent all the apartments you would have the exclusive use of the villa.
The property also offers a large room with kitchen, where the guests can dine together.
