Location: Central Paris. Very well situated apartment nearby the Eiffel Tower (15 mins walk) and just 2 mins walk to the river Seine. Across it are the Grand Palais and the Petit Palais by the most beautiful bridge of the world, le Pont Alexandre III. Close proximity to the Champs Elysees, the Rodin Musée, or the Musée d'Orsay. Enjoy shopping along the colorful street of St Dominique and the famous open-air daily market street of Rue Cler with their proud display of freshly delivered fruits, vegetables and the gastronomic french specialities like cheese, pasteries, chocolates, special roast, etc. Restaurants and cafés are aplenty.
The apartment : QUIET and SAFE apartment measures 72m² or 775 sq ft and is on the first floor served by 2 elevators of a well maintained building. All windows face the private quiet garden wth lots of trees and flowers in spring. CALM is assured at all times.
The living room :
has CABLE television, HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection (bring your laptop), telephone, bookcase, and 2 sofa beds (convertible) on one end and a dining table at the other end.
The bedroom :
is very spacious and absolutely quiet. It has an excellent quality king size bed for two, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a row of large closets. The dressing room is in the passage between the bedroom and the bathroom.
The Kitchen :
is fully equipped with a vitro-ceramic stove, electric oven, micro-wave oven, refrigerator, dish washer and a complete set of kitchen utensils.
One bathroom and 2 toilets :
The big marble bathroom consists of a double wash basin, a bathtub with shower in the tub (with a drawn curtain), a wc and a bidet. There is a 2nd toilet with a wash basin just by the corridor next to the living room.

- Clothes washing machine with drying facility in the bathroom

- Heating in winter and ventilating fans for summer.

What is included in the rent: all utility charges (electricity, water, heating), an initial set of bed linen and towels, phone calls to North America, Australia, most EEC countries and some Asian cities (check with me) and internet connection.
What is not included : personal toilettries like soap, shampoo or shaving or body cream. The guest takes care of the daily cleaning of the flat. We offer a cleaning option of 35-40 euros at the end of your stay.
Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. No pets please.
