Description:
Cherry Tree Farm is set in 1 hectare 40 ares located on the edge of the Ojcowski National Park, 16 km west of Krakow in the direction of Olkusz in the village of Wierzchowie. The property is very quietly located on a hilltop with spectacular views of the Wierzchowska limestone cliff to the front and woodland and the distant Tatra mountains to the rear.


The house was built in 1996 but has recently been totally modernised and refurbished, including building a fourth bedroom (double and en-suite) into the roof area.

The property has 2 double bedrooms ( 1 en-suite), one twin and one single bedroom, three bathrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining room. A sofa bed in the living room means that the property will comfortably sleep 9 to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. TV available. The living room backs onto a patio through patio doors overlooking a beautiful professionally landscaped garden. Outdoor lighting enables the garden to be enjoyed late into the evening and a coal BBQ is provided for the use of the guests. There is a large car parking area and a garage available for one car.

To the rear the property has its own mature woodland, including its own limestone cliff, offering spectacular views over open countryside.

The garden is fully fenced up to the woodland so making it a perfect location for families. The woodland belonging to the property however is easily accessable through gates at the back of the garden.

The property is the perfect country retreat, offering a very quiet location, yet only 20 minutes by car to Krakow market square or Balice airport. By prior arrangement the owners offer a complimentary airport or railway station pick-up/drop-off service on day of arrival/departure. There is a regular local mini-bus service from the local village to Krakow and taxis are readily available in Krakow, however the hire of a car is recommended and car hire is readily available both in Krakow or at Balice airport.
